James Michael McAdoo (@jamesmcadoo) joined George (@britishtarheel) on The Tar Heel Show for Episode Two of Season Two.

James spoke about the first three games for UNC Basketball and said what has impressed him. JMM tells stories about his time at the University of North Carolina, playing for the Golden State Warriors and travelling the world to play in Italy, Turkey, Serbia and Japan.

UNC Coach Hubert Davis met with the media Thursday morning to discuss his team playing in the Hall of Fame Tip-Off at the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut this weekend. The Tar Heels face No. 6 Purdue on Saturday and either No. 5 Villanova or No. 17 Tennessee on Sunday.

The Pitt Panthers pick up their first win of the season, a 59-51 victory over UNC Wilmington. Femi Okukale led the Panthers in scoring with 15 points. John Hugley added 13 points and 11 rebounds in the win. The Panthers held UNC Wilmington to just 28.8% shooting overall on the night.

The Tar Heels take on the Charleston Cougars. The Cougars defeated Layola (MD) 79-72 in their last contest, undefeated on the season. The Tar Heels were victorious in their last match, moving past Brown University 94-87. The Heels are expected to win this one but they have to bring it. Don’t take any team for granted. Go Tar Heels!
