Gardner-Webb vs. North Carolina: The Tar Heels got a hard-fought 77-61 win over Gardner Webb in Chapel Hill. Freshman Cole Anthony was once again the big story for UNC. Anthony scored a game-high 28 points on 7-17 shooting and making 11 of his 13 free throw attempts. Fellow freshman, Armando Bacot had a double-double for North Carolina with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
