Joel Berry II, Cameron Johnson, and Kenny Williams also finished in double figures for UNC. Miami got a big game from Ja’Quan Newton, 17 points from the senior, in a losing effort. UNC now will take on Duke for the season rubber match in Friday’s semifinals.

Kenny Williams, Cameron Johnson, Garrison Brooks and Joel Berry II also scored in double figures for the Heels. Gary Trent, Jr. led 2nd-seeded Duke with 20 points in the loss.
