North Carolina vs. Notre Dame: Luke Maye made his first 6 shots from the field and recorded his 10th double-double this season in the No. 20 Tar Heels’ 69-68 win against the Fighting Irish Saturday night. Joel Berry finished with 15 points, including 2 clutch free throws to put UNC up for good. Notre Dame had a chance to win it, but T.J. Gibbs’ tip-in attempt rolled off the rim as time expired. Gibbs and Martinas Geben carried the Irish, combining for 33 points in the loss.

Boston College vs. North Carolina: No. 20 North Carolina got a career-high 32 points and 18 rebounds from Luke Maye and the Tar Heels cruised to a 96-66 victory over Boston College. Ky Bowman led the Eagles with 21 points. Cam Johnson added 14 points and 11 rebounds as the Tar Heels ended a two-game skid.

Joel Berry scored a game-high 17 points, but the Tar Heels came up short at Virginia.

The Np. 8 Cavaliers clamp down defensively and defeat No. 12 North Carolina.

North Carolina vs. Virginia: No. 12 North Carolina committed a season-high 19 turnovers and No. 8 Virginia scored 25 points off turnovers to earn a resounding win, 61-49. Devon Hall led the Cavaliers with 16 points. Joel Berry led all scorers with 17 points, but UNC only shot 29.6% from the field in the loss.

North Carolina vs. Florida State: Braian Angola scored a team-high 20 points as the No. 24 Seminoles held on to beat the No. 12 Tar Heels 81-80 Wednesday night. C.J. Walker and Terance Mann also finished in double figures for FSU. Joel Berry II scored 21 of his 28 points in the second half, but couldn’t get a potential go-ahead runner to fall with under :10 seconds to play.
