Ross Bowers passes for 363 yards and four touchdowns in his first collegiate start and Cal overcomes a three-point, fourth-quarter deficit to beat North Carolina, 35-30, in Chapel Hill on Saturday. Cal outscored the Tar Heels 14-6 in the final quarter, giving first-year head coach Justin Wilcox his first win as a Golden Bear.
