1:55 The only "highly touted" freshmen we've had and didn't start in the last decade was McAdoo, Nassir, and Hicks, and each time none of them were better than the guy in front of them at the time. Yet this argument never gets made when Duke or UK play an upperclassman over a freshman.

No disrespect to old NBA players but another reason you can load manage is because of over all talent. these brother in NBA been playing organized basketball since they were 4-5 in AAU and over all the back ups now are very good so you can go deeper into your roster with confidence.
