North Carolina vs. Virginia: Virginia bounced after their first loss of the season to defeat North Carolina 56-47. The Cavaliers defense held the Tar Heels to just 37% shooting and one made 3-pointer. Mamadi Diakite led UVA in scoring with 12 points. Kihei Clark had 7 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals for Virginia. For UNC, Cole Anthony was one of only two players in double figures, scoring 12 points.

I hate to say it but we won’t make the NIT or the NCAA! This is the 2001-2002 Carolina basketball team. Where we go 8-20. We are definitely the worst ACC Basketball Team. This might be end of the basketball era. It might be time to start a new era for Carolina sports. Football Era. GO HEELS NO MATTER WHAT!
