in the one and done era, this happens to UNC from time to time. UNC isn't equipped to consistently get a top 5 recruiting class, so when they have heavy losses of personel like they did last season (losing white, little, maye, johnson, williams) plus the injuries and not getting a Kentucky or Duke type influx of talent, it's gonna be difficult. I wish the coaches were able to adjust, but it doesn't look like they are/were willing to build or design a system that catered to the personel they have. unless there's something subtle that i can't see, theyre still trying to run the same shit that they did when they had nba level players like they have the past 5 years. this team should be more gaurd oriented but they're still playing inside-out. Pierce needs to be a spot up shooter but he looks absolutely lost out there. Brooks and Bacot aren't Hicks and Meeks, but if you dont adjust to who you have this is the result. I say they just let the guards have a bit more freedom to create plays, they have talent but they look intimidated on offense trying to do the right, perfect thing instead of just playing. Defensively, they're flat and uninspired. somethings got to give there too

UNC is waaayyy over-rated this season. Injuries or not, that was a complete egg-laying by Williams, coaching staff, & all those 5-star recruits.
This Georgia Tech team was only 6 wins- 7 losses. And Carolina was playing at home! Could this be the year for Clemson!
