Virginia vs. North Carolina: The North Carolina Tar Heels built a big lead and held on for a 78-68 win over Virginia on Thursday.  The Heels built a 24-point lead in the second quarter, but the Cavaliers battled back to make it close in the second half.  Janelle Bailey had a great game to lead the Tar Heels with 23 points and a season-high 17 rebounds in the win.  Madinah Muhammad added 17 points and Malu Tshitenge had 16 points on 8-of-11 shooting on the night.
