The North Carolina State Wolfpack cruised to victory in their season opener, defeating Charleston Southern 95-61. As a team, the Wolfpack shot 52.2% from the field and 47.8% from 3-point land. Devon Daniels led NC State with 29 points and 10 rebounds. Braxton Beverly pitched in 13 points and DJ Funderburk added 10.
