The North Carolina Tar Heels win at home, 81-75, over the Syracuse Orange to improve to 8-4 on the season. Garrison Brooks was the leading scorer for the Tar Heels with 16 points, and he grabbed 10 rebounds as well in the win. Armando Bacot added a 15 point, 12 rebound night, and R.J. Davis delivered 12 off the bench. Quincy Guerrier scored 23 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead the Orange.

Last year we allowed teams to climb back in and beat us in the last few min, hoping this year we have fixed that problem.
The freshmen look good tonight. This team will go as far as the freshmen progress because they make up like 75% of the roster. Shooting and defense need to improve as well as turning the ball over less. We go again @fsu on Saturday.
Still real shaky on defence. I think it was 2019 season since we had our last 3 game winning streak in ACC
