Marquette vs. North Carolina: The North Carolina Tar Heels lost a tough one at home to Marquette, 83-70. This game was added to the schedule just four days before being played as the Tar Heels looked to make up for games missed due to Covid 19 protocol. Four players scored in double figures for Marquette, led by Dawson Garcia, who scored 24 points in the win. Garrison Brooks led UNC in scoring with 18 points in a losing effort. The Tar Heels shot 42% from the floor, turned the ball over 19 times and only made five 3-point shots in the loss.
