North Carolina vs. Virginia Tech: The Tar Heels went on the road and snapped the Hokies’ six-game winning streak with a 68-63 victory. UNC trailed by 14 at halftime, but North Carolina outscored Virginia Tech 37-18 in the second half. Deja Kelly led UNC with a team-high 22 points. Janelle Bailey had a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds. For Virginia Tech, Georgia Amoore had 22 points, five rebounds, and five assists.
