Roy Williams has a done an excellent job of continuing the level of excellence at North Carolina. It's probably time for a change and I wish him nothing but happiness and success in his retirement.

It just really seemed like the joy Roy had coaching others in the past had really disappeared over the last years. Seemed downright miserable. Life is short and I believe he retired simply because he had had enough.
