Maybe one day people can just praise the person's qualifications for the job without qualifying them based on their race. Davis has paid his due to get this job and deserves it….has nothing to do with him being an African-American coach. When they qualify it like that, they make it sound like he's being given an opportunity based on race and he didn't actually earn it.

And its simple laziness from this network in previous telecast that incorrectly reported Coach Roy Williams won 1 championship at Kansas and 2 at Carolina. It is 3 at Carolina and 0 at Kansas. IN addition Hubert Davis played @ Carolina from 1988 – 92; not from 98-92.
