Shaw, who is the No.1 rated player in NC and No. 3 nationally, chose UNC over a final four of Clemson, Georgia and North Carolina A&T.
Shaw is also the highest-rated player to commit to the Tar Heels since Ronald Curry flipped from Virginia to UNC in March of 1998.
