The North Carolina Tar Heels prevailed over Brown, 94-87 to improve to 2-0. R.J. Davis led the Tar Heels with 26 points and 6 assists. Armando Bacot had a 22 point 10 rebound double-double, Brady Manek added 14 points and Caleb Love pitched in 13 points and 5 assists.

Good fight in both teams! Everything was falling for Brown tonight, they will make it to the tournament this year for sure. UNC has to play better defense, we got a good chance to make it if we keep everyone healthy!!
I have been a die hard UNC fan since the 5th grade and I feel like this year's team has the potential to make a deep run in the NCAA tournament if we can improve our rebounding and points scored in the paint. Feels weird saying that because thats exactly what UNC has dominated at for as long as I can remember lol. Give Brown credit for playing a HELL of a game tho!! I was very impressed with every aspect of their game and especially of their players! They have a top 25 team without a doubt and wouldnt be at all surprised if they start getting some national attention later on in the season. Great game all around!
