The North Carolina Tar Heels took care of UNC Asheville, 72-53. UNC big man Armando Bacot led the way with 22 points and 7 rebounds. R.J. Davis added 12 points and 5 boards while Leaky Black had 9 points and 11 rebounds. Newcomers Dawson Garcia and Brady Manek added 8 each for the Tar Heels.
