The North Carolina Tar Heels dominated the Michigan Wolverines in this ACC / Big Ten Challenge game, winning 72-51. Caleb Love had the hot hand, shooting 9-16 and scoring 22 points. Armando Bacot notched an 11 point, 14 rebound game, and Dawson Garcia scored 14 and grabbed 4 rebounds for the Tar Heels in the win. The Tar Heels’ defense held Michigan to 35.1% shooting in the loss.

UNC good win!! We have a solid team this season only 2 losses so far from #2 and only by 9 Purdue just beat FSU by 28 then Tenn #13 both really good teams so far beating Mich by 21 really shows how good this club will be.. long as we get consistent good play outta our main 5 in love bacot Garcia Davis and black we'll be fine I wanna see more offense outta manek he's better than he's played!! Damn. I don't know after this game whether North Carolina is really really good or Michigan is just way overrated. That's the most standing around I've seen from a Michigan team in a long time. Wolverines did not come to play, and they got spanked.
No chemistry, Dickinson and Houstan need to step up and get this team playing the way they're capable of.
