North Carolina vs. Louisville: The Tar Heels and the Cardinals played an incredible overtime game, with UNC edging out Louisville 90-83 for the win. North Carolina was up by two with 20 seconds left to go in the second half when Louisville’s EL Ellis stole the ball and laid it in to tie the game and Jae’Lyn Withers blocked a potential R.J. Davis game winner to force overtime. All five Tar Heels starters scored 13 or more points with Brady Manek scoring a team-high 24 points. Armando Bacot recorded another double-double, this time scoring 19 points and grabbing 22 rebounds. For Louisville, El Ellis scored all 25 of his points after halftime. Matt Cross had 13 points and 15 rebounds for his first career double-double.
