North Carolina vs. Virginia Tech: The Hokies defended their home court and defeated the #23 Tar Heels, 66-61. Virginia Tech made 11 of 28 shots from behind the three-point arc. The Hokies also held UNC to just 32.8% shooting. Georgia Amoore scored 17 points and was 5-11 shooting three-pointers. Elizabeth Kitley had 15 points and eight rebounds. Aisha Sheppard added 14 points. Deja Kelly scored a team-high 17 points for North Carolina.
