The North Carolina Tar Heels defeated the Syracuse Orange, 88-79 in overtime. Brady Manek was the leading scorer for the Tar Heels with 22 points, and Caleb Loved delivered 21 for UNC in the win. Armando Bacot and R.J. Davis each added 17 points, with Bacot notching the double-double by securing 18 rebounds. Cole Swider set a career-high with 36 points on 14 of 21 shooting for Syracuse.

Great game. I loved that everyone stepped up and made sure the team stayed in the game. Big plays by Caleb to send them to OT and to ice the game. Also Rj was on fire as well. Manek and Bacot went off as they usually do. Leaky made big plays as well. This was definitely a must win. Time to focus on Duke and to make a run in the conference tournament. And idk who Swider is but that man turned into Curry at one point 🤣💯 great win tho
