The North Carolina Tar Heels and Duke Blue Devils are finally meeting in the NCAA Tournament and it’s going to be exactly the shot in the arm that college basketball needs on the national level as we see Paolo Banchero square off with the likes of Brady Manek. It also helps that two more blue bloods (Kansas and Villanova) are on the other side of the bracket. It’s great for TV numbers, it’s going to be great basketball. The four teams have combined to win four of the last six NCAA Tournaments and seven of the last 13.
Given the sub-par refereeing across the NCAA Tournament, many have reached out to ask if they should be concerned about the refs giving UNC an unfair whistle on Saturday to help boost Duke’s chances. My answer is: Not on an intentional level, but that the humanity might sneak its way through when push comes to shove down the stretch of a close game. We’ll have to wait and see.

I'm enjoying your podcast but I have to be real with you, Isaac. Every day you thank me for making this my first listen, and every day I say nothing because I don't want to hurt your feelings.
