Im a heel fan but coach k is the goat. Its a cruel twist of fate that is arch rival ended his career in the final four. But that was the best game ive seen this year
Life long duke fan, this was a tough loss but coach always has a way of easing the pain

As a non-Duke fan, like me, you can hate Duke all you want. If you are a fan of college football it is simply not fair or reasonable to hate on the legend that is Coach K. Congrats coach, best wishes!
It's not about me, even though I made it about me this entire basketball season by announcing my retirement tour 6 months before the season started. I hate this man. So glad he's done.

As a Tar Heel fan I must first pay respect to coach K and his incredible career. He did not lay down or go out easy. No, instead he fought like the Alien movie's Xenomorph who a Mech-Suit wearing Ripley thought she had cast out of the air-lock, only to have the creature lunge and drag her kicking and screaming nearly out into space with it. The ACC and the rest of the nation finally can breath a sigh of relief that this hideous and murderous monster of college hoops has at last been put to rest.
I’m a TarHeels fan forever but I teared up knowing Coach K won’t be on the sidelines anymore. He’s a coach that did it the right way. Salute to you coach and well deserved retirement… Happy Trails!…

I'm a Tarheel, but I have so much respect for Coach K as one of greatest coaches of all time. Duke played great and it was anybody's game until the last 46 secs. Best DUKE-UNC match up ever. There is no loss here. Coach K and his players should hold there head high. Look how far they made it. They gave us the first NCAA match up for DUKE-UNC ever.
Lifelong Tarheel fan that has nothing but respect for Coach K. He is a class act and one of the best Basketball coaches of all time.

Came up short is the understatement. 5 players who just got beat by a better team. Maybe kansas jayhawks can show up Monday night wanting to win.
I appreciate Coach K and what he has done for the Duke brand………But, he got out coached again. I am a veteran of the military and have been a Duke fan so the respect is there but, got out coached. Bacot had 21 rebounds(9 offensive). My question is why did Duke go to a zone defense to protect the basket and the centers from getting in foul trouble. Duke had played zone all during this tournament why not last night?
I wonder if he told these guys they weren't worthy of wearing a duke uniform, like he has done his previous players when they lost?
Coach K is a horrible human being. Anyone that has even the slightest common sense knows how he treats his players behind closed doors.
I do wish the reporters would ask the student-athletes, since they are there and then ask Coach K, historical questions. After all, the student-athletes are sitting there (especially after a challenging loss).
Thing I most admire about Coach K is the way he can relate and motivate young men 1/3 his age (when coaching Duke), and egos 10x his (when coaching Olympics). His opponents hated him, his players loved him. I guess that’s about the highest compliment any coach can receive!!!

How in the world could Duke players (except one player) walk off the court without shaking hands with opponents and how in the world the media did not point this lack of sportsmanship out?
Coach K, class act will always remember him going to visit Kevin Ware in hospital after game, in which kevin broke his leg, as a louisville fan, I have much respect for coach K!
