Leaky Black was a huge part of the North Carolina Tar Heels’ success during the 2021-22 season and the senior forward really turned on his game during the Heels’ postseason run to the Final Four. Black is an uber-athletic, uber-competitive versatile forward who is always called upon to defend the opponents’ best player. From Paolo Banchero and AJ Griffin to Marquette’s Justin Lewis and UCLA’s Johnny Juzang, Black regularly held big-time scorers well off their averages.
