North Carolina At Chapel Hill

ESPN recently released the pairings for the 2022 edition of the ACC – Big 10 Challenge. The North Carolina Tar Heels will travel to Bloomington, Indiana to take on the Indiana Hoosiers. UNC last went to Assembly Hall for the ACC – Big 10 Challenge in the 2016-17 season; a game the Hoosiers won 76-67. Justin Jackson led the Tar Heels in scoring that night with 21. While that setback was disappointing at the time, it helped turn that team into the national champions they eventually became. Will Hubert Davis’ team fair better with the veteran leadership of Leaky Black, Armando Bacot, RJ Davis, and Caleb Love?

One of the major storylines will be presumptive pre-season All-Americans Armando Bacot and Trayce Jackson-Davis fighting it out in the paint. Whoever wins that battle might well win the day for his team. The matchup will also feature second year coaches in Hubert Davis and Mike Woodson.

In this crossover episode hosts Isaac Schade (Tar Heels) and Jacob Rude (Hoosiers) also dive into the most recent conference realignment content. What does it mean for the Big 10 to be taking on USC and UCLA? Where might North Carolina end up?
