The No. 13 Tar Heels controlled the game against South Carolina State from start to finish, taking the win 93-25. All five North Carolina starters scored in double figures, with Destiny Adams leading the way at 23 points on 10-14 shooting (to go along with 8 rebounds). Alyssa Ustby claimed a double double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Defensively, the Tar Heels only allowed 7 field goals and forced 23 turnovers.
