The North Carolina Tar Heels defeated Georgia Tech, 75-59. R.J. Davis led the way with 22 points on 8 of 13 shooting with 10 rebounds. Armando Bacot added a double-double of his own with 21 points and 13 rebounds. Pete Nance scored 11 points and Caleb Love added 10 for the Tar Heels. Jalon Moore and Miles Kelly scored 15 points each for the Yellow Jackets.
