Florida State vs. North Carolina: The Florida State Seminoles went on the road and came away with an impressive 78-71 victory over the No. 13 North Carolina Tar Heels. Ta’Niya Latson led all scorers with 21 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists while Makayla Timpson added 20 points and 11 boards in the win. Four players scored in double figures for the Tar Heels with Deja Kelly’s 20 points and Alyssa Ustby’s 16 points and 13 rebounds leading the way in a losing effort.
