The Kentucky Wildcats aren’t currently experiencing the level of success that is expected and typical in Lexington. Despite bringing back the reigning National Player of the Year, Oscar Tshiebwe, and other returning players along with high level freshmen like Cason Wallace, things aren’t up to par for Coach Calipari. The thing is that things haven’t been up to par for a couple years now. Are we to the point where we have a legitimate conversation about replacing Coach Cal and the massive buyout that would accompany such a decision?
The North Carolina Tar Heels received commitments in the past week from two top-30 class of 2024 players – Elliot Cadeau and James Brown.
Cadeau, the No. 1 PG in the class (top 10 overall) announced his commitment last Wednesday, followed by James Brown (top 5 C, top 30 overall) announcing on Monday, January 2.
These two commitments give the Tar Heels the early lead in the 2024 recruiting cycle.
Cadeau is a true playmaking, pass-first point guard, the likes of which UNC hasn’t experienced since Kendall Marshall. The difference is that Cadeau is a more athletic player, the highest-ranked commit for UNC since Cole Anthony. Cadeau is already 18 and will possibly reclass to 2023, depending on how UNC’s roster shapes up.
Brown is a traditional big, who knows, and embraces, his role in the paint. He can go to work with both hands and frustrates opponents with his abilities in the post.

after this vid, UK got destroyed by Bama and the team basically quit in the 2nd half. after the 9 win season.. last years just falling apart the last 2 weeks of regular season, SECT and NCAAT and then this year.. I think the world can see Cal's completely lost touch and needs to step down.
