North Carolina At Chapel Hill

North Carolina defeated rival NC State, 80-69 in a tough ACC basketball matchup. Armando Bacot had a record-breaking night, becoming the all-time leading rebounder and to notch the most double-doubles in UNC history. Bacot had 23 points and 18 rebounds in the win. R.J. Davis scored 26 and Caleb Love added 16 for the Tar Heels. NC State’s leading scorers were D.J. Burns Jr. and Jarkel Joiner with 18 points each. Terquavion Smith and Casey Morsell added 12 each for the Wolfpack.
