North Carolina welcomes Pittsburgh to the Smith Center on Wednesday evening looking for payback from the loss back on December 30. The Panthers have won the last two meetings at Chapel Hill and four of five overall in the series. North Carolina has to get more from Caleb Love in this meeting, who scored just seven the first go round. Additionally, the Heels have to stop Jamarius Burton from getting hot again.

UNC legend Erin Matson was named as the new head coach of Carolina Field Hockey and it’s a great move by AD Bubba Cunningham. Replacing Karen Shelton with a young coach, one of the best players of all time, is a move that could stabilize the Carolina field hockey dynasty for decades.

Coach Pac Kilby and Isaac Schade discuss some things to watch for as the Heels work to get back to the heights of last season down the stretch.
