Pitt completed the season sweep of North Carolina with a last-second victory over the Tar Heels on the road, 65-64. Nelly Cummings was unconscious from the floor as he led the Panthers with 21 points. He shot 8-11 and 5-6 from range. Jamarius Burton had 19 points and 5 rebounds in the win. For Carolina, Caleb Love led the way in scoring with 22 points.

This one of the dumbest veteran teams I've watched at Carolina. I don't understand why Davis don't give some of the younger guys more minutes. I'm almost done watching this year. Bone headed shots,passes,. Bacot thinks he can take it to the hole from 20 ft away…can barely dribble. Finally tries Styles on Burton for like a min or 2. I was calling for that in Pittsburgh when Burton went off for 31. Refs helped Pittsburgh more like it was in Pittsburgh. Davis coaches well at times, but I don't think he coached well tonight. Roy would bench all 5 at a time and wake them up. Davis need to be tougher on these soft dudes. Even the wins are close and ugly. They just don't play good basketball. Thought they were gonna be better since they went to Final Four last year, but I'm just not seeing it with them this year.
