Armando Bacot finished 3-10 and RJ Davis 3-15 as North Carolina lost at home for the first time this season, 65-64 to Pittsburgh. Caleb Love was the only Tar Heel to make multiple threes as Hubert Davis didn’t get the toughness he wanted out of his time for a sustained period of time. Host Isaac Schade was hopeful that coming out of the week off the Tar Heels would find a new gear, but it seems that the took a step back.
Davis was clearly hampered by a finger injury suffered at Syracuse last week. Pete Nance was once again aggressive from the field, hunting his own offense more regularly than typical.
The Lady Tar Heels host Virginia tonight, looking for their 8th straight win. Can freshman Paulina Paris build off her career-high from last Sunday? Will Eva Hodgson be back?

LACK OF COACHING – PERIOD !!!
This year, it's coaching. First,our talented bench is not being played enough. Their lack of experience is going hurt us down the road. They don't scrap like past Carolina teams. I do not see the fight in this team. The celebration after they score does not carry over into an intelligent next play . This Carolina team is hard to watch. But I will not miss a game. TARHEEL FOR LIFE! LET'S GOOOI!

I heard a testimony from James Michael Macadoo he was talking about Roy's coaching. He talked about how when they won a game Roy would still talk about what they did wrong and when they lost how the fire came into his eyes. Roy would come into the locker room mad as fire and say "practice in 2 hours, but they won't let me so be at practice at 6am and better not be late!!" Then he walked out letting them think about it. Not sure what if anything Hubert lacks, Only that he finds it.
