North Carolina got its most complete and dominant performance of the season at the most important team, knocking off the Clemson Tigers. The trio of Armando Bacot, Caleb Love, and RJ Davis combined to score 59 points (Clemson had 57 when they checked out).
Puff Johnson played an important role off the bench.
Carolina tied a season high with 15 made three-pointers and tied a season-low with seven turnovers.
This cannot be a one-off performance as UNC has to turn around and be equally locked in on Monday night against Miami.

What was your biggest takeway from the game?
Hopefully Davis will see the upgrade with Puff in the game. Nance can go play with the JV an get moved up. He doesn't get the memo. UNC is a basketball school so losing is not acceptable.
Now let's see CONSISTENCY. No reverting back to old ways. Continue to feed to Mando. Continue to share the ball. Continue to drive to the basket. Monday will be a big game to see if they can maintain this great play.
Puff should start when healthy. Last year we come together when Brady started over Dawson. This year if puff starts over Pete we will be C a much better team. Go heels
This team goes as the guards take them! When they’re hitting shots and getting in the lane, we can beat anybody.

We allowed too many points in the paint, again. This is something we can and must alleviate, but otherwise played a great game.
Great game. Love made his shots and Bacot was dominant. They played consistent and beautiful basketball
