NC State vs. Syracuse: In a close back-and-forth game, the Orange knocked off the #23 Wolfpack, 75-72. This was Syracuse’s first win over a ranked opponent in over two years. NC State had two attempts to tie the game in the closing seconds, but could not get either three-point attempt to drop. Jesse Edwards had a big double-double with 18 points and 16 rebounds. Judah Mintz added 20 points and nine assists. For NC State, Jarkel Joiner recorded a triple-double with 15 points, 11 assists, and 10 rebounds.
