No. 15 Miami took the win over North Carolina on the road, 80-72. Miami’s three point defense made the difference for the Canes, as the Tar Heels shot just 5-31 from beyond the arc. Jordan Miller went off for a game-high 24 points on 9-14 shooting with 11 rebounds in the win. Nijel Pack added 23 points on 7-11 shooting in an efficient effort from the floor. For UNC, RJ Davis’ 23 points led the team.
