North Carolina vs. Florida State: The North Carolina Tar Heels went on the road and took care of business in a must-win game in Tallahassee, 77-66. The Heels came out of the gate on fire, making 11-18 shots from three-point range as they built a 43-25 halftime lead. The Seminoles fought back in the 2nd half, attempting to make it two epic comebacks in a row, but Leaky Black, RJ Davis, Caleb Love, and Pete Nance were able to come through late for Carolina

If UNC won the national championship, especially after a bounce back from New Orleans from Kansas beating them, that would be the greatest story in the history of college basketball! That would be a mysterious miracle that would be talked about for the ages that would go down in infamy from a number one preseason ranking to a borderline NIT possibility to a tournament bid to a final four to a 7th national championship would be like last year in a different way!! That would be a Jim Valvano move! To have UNC beat somebody like Houston in Houston in the national championship would go down in history! To make it all the way through the tournament from be it Columbus, Ohio, New York, Albany, Denver, Greensboro, or wherever I don’t think it will be in the Greensboro region but whatever the case wherever they play whether they play in the Denver region, the New York region, or the Orlando, Florida region or even the Des Moines region for that matter, or even Birmingham, Alabama if they make it to make it all the way to the Sweet 16 all the way to Houston Would be a comeback story like last year when we sent Coach K into his retirement when we spoiled his party for the third time in New Orleans, but in a different way, it would be like it only different, but similar. If we did that this year it would indeed be a story of the century! Yes, it would be great! That would be unbelievable! Don’t count your chickens, but don’t count these Tar Heels out. They have turned the corner since NC State. Hubert is known for his overachievement he just is it’s in his DNA we saw what he did last year we almost won the national championship. I guarantee you we have some surprises awaiting about us this year that we don’t even understand. In the meantime, think lemon Oreos! Pete Nance, and his Lemon Oreos are all of a sudden starting to become a household name!

Mane leaky black been had it in him but for some reason he played scared…Leaky gonna be an good NBA player,just got to play ball and know mistakes gonna happen…he use to piss me off, especially last season…..It's not over yet…. we'll get in we just gotta go hard….I didn't think we'll even get close last year and I was surprised we were the last of the 2 teams left…..
