The North Carolina Tar Heels came out of the gate on fire against the Florida State Seminoles in their 77-66 victory in Tallahassee on Monday. In the first half, the combination of Caleb Love, RJ Davis, Leaky Black, Dontrez Styles, Jalen Washington and Pete Nance shot 11-18 (61.1%) from three-point range. The Tar Heels were able to build a 43-25 halftime lead over the ‘Noles despite star big man Armando Bacot battling foul trouble and not scoring before the break.
