For the Tar Heels, RJ Davis put the team on his back in the scoring department, scoring a game-high 24 points on 8-14 shooting.

Hubert Davis did a terrible job of preparing these kids. He was a bad hire from the start. He got lucky last year due to Brady Manek. The whole program as a whole has regressed. The kids are not improving from freshman to seniors. Amando Bacot never taught to pass out of a double team or develop any type of short range shot. Pete Nance was only there for a year but he aged fans 10 years. Davis play Love 36 min in a game up by 27 points. No way they should go to any type of tournament. Just call it a year of disappointment an that is on Hubert Davis starting back in October not having this team prepared. This has to be coaching Bill Self lost 70 pct of his offense an they finished first in the toughest conference in America. Sad part is he making over 2 million dollars a year.
Hubert is not the guy for the Job period…he got lucky last year with a 6man rotation playing guy's the whole game just don't make no sense. I don't see no 5 ⭐️ going there to sit on the bench
Hubert is definitely the problem and if anybody can’t see that is seriously delusional. I’ve seen Roy Williams lead past players who are less talented than half of the current players in this roster hell they even won a championship. If Roy was still coaching this team will be no where near in the situation that they’re in now. Hubert gotta go he can’t coach this team next year. Let Sean Maye be the head coach.
