North Carolina needs more personnel in the frontcourt. Tennessee forward Olivier Nkamhoua is in the transfer portal and would make an interesting option for Hubert Davis’ team alongside Armando Bacot, Jalen Washington, and Zayden High.
UNC’s spring football game will take place tomorrow (Saturday, April 15) at Kenan Stadium. Last year featured the uncertainty of who would replace Sam Howell under center. That drama is gone with Drake Maye bursting onto the scene last season. The questions now involve those surrounding Maye: Who will replace Josh Down and Antoine Greene at WR? Will the lines perform better? Can Gene Chizik find LB depth behind Cedric Gray and Power Echols? Who will emerge from the RB room? What will the offense look like under a new OC?
Several other Carolina teams are in action this weekend, including the undefeated (and still No. 1) women’s tennis team hosting Duke in the regular season finale. The men’s tennis team is also in action hosting both Florida ACC schools, along with baseball, softball, both lacrosse teams and more.

He might be the Caleb Love of the forward position… 27 points on 10-13 FG vs Duke… other three games in the tourney were 2-6, 4-10 and 2-9 for a total of 25 points. He also had another 27 point game vs Texas. 2 points vs UK.
I'd also be leery of calling anyone a Duke killer after we had the Zion stopper from the McDonald's AAG and he was the one who Zion scored the go-ahead bucket against. Also, Mitchell was their matchup for this guy and was injured the day before the game.
With all of that nonsense aside, he'd actually be a very nice pickup. UNC already has steady starters with Davis and Bacot and this is player that can win them a big game here and there.
