We’ve already recapped the position groups for the backcourt (Caleb Love, RJ Davis, Seth Trimble, D’Marco Dunn) and the wings (Leaky Black, Puff Johnson, Dontrez Styles, Tyler Nickel), so it’s now time to evaluate the frontcourt. We can NEVER forget how GOOD Brady Manek was! If Hubby wants success he needs guys like that, who can shoot over length AND can come off screens to get QUICK shots!
Front court struggled under HD. Roy Williams bigs usually flourished in his system no matter what. Time will tell but injury definitely hampered our team this year
Can you please do an episode on Washington’s potential role for next season. I have seen comments that are all over the place. Do you think Hubert plans for him to be a starting 4? Backup 5? Split? Do you think having him play a hybrid role could land him in the same space as we found Pete nance in?

I think Washington has to make that sophomore jump that guys use to make under Roy. If he can were good . Withers should be good enough to start also but we'll see
The front court was singular ! Like I've said before (watch the tapes) when bacot got the ball, you had 4 teammates standing still out on the perimeter watching bacot work. There's the problem folks. The view is night and day from the sideline to me watching from my TV. But now if you can't see that problem… I don't get it man 🤷♂️
We gotta comparing everybody playing forward to Brady Manek. Brady is of the greatest shooters in college bball history. Dime a dozen. So quit crying
Washington better get at least 20 min a game. Some at the 4 and backup 5 minutes. His midrange/ baseline face up game showed nicely in limited minutes (thanks hubert)
Washington is going to kill it this off season. He'll be in shape both faster and stronger, ready to go by November.
