A North Carolina man allegedly shot a 6-year-old girl, her parents and an additional neighbor after a basketball rolled into his yard.
Local and federal law are still searching for the suspect, who was also charged with assaulting his girlfriend with a sledgehammer in December.
The Gaston County Police Department received a 911 call at 7:44 p.m. on Tuesday about a local shooting.
