After weeks of back and forth between North Carolina and Kansas, Stanford transfer Harrison Ingram has committed to the Tar Heels. Ingram’s commitment gives UNC four transfers in after losing six transfers out. Along with Ingram, the Heels have landed Cormac Ryan (Notre Dame), Jae’lyn Withers (Louisville), and Paxson Wojcik (Brown). The outgoing Tar Heels are Caleb Love, Puff Johnson, Tyler Nickel, Dontrez Styles, Justin McKoy, and Will Shaver.

I feel like UNc is going to end up losing Cadeau because I've read on twitter he might reclass, and if her does there just are too many guards on the roster at the moment. I think Wilcher will get plenty of minutes as he can be the backup for the 1 and defenitely the 2 spot.

He might be at 31% 3 point shooting but I also saw over the weekend that he shoots 3s at 41% when just catching and shooting. This is more of what he will do on our team. He’s not the number 1 focus like he was at Stanford so I’ll think his 3 % will rise dramatically.

Is it possible that we could have two starting line-ups with some of the power we have behind the starting five.
Hubert doesn't play his bench, so the starting 5 is important more then most teams who play their bench. Until davis shows something else!!!
Bacot and Washington worry me with injuries but I agree that the sell to a solid big man in the portal would be hard. Im thinking a Cadeau reclass and bringing in Dunlap to practice and play some mop up time but be ready in 2024 would be the best fit. Although bringing in Cadeau could rub Trimble the wrong way. Tough being a coach these days!

Coach Davis has done outstanding in this transfer portal. Is a Mgbako at-home or campus visit out of the picture?
Ingram shot 40% on threes when he was set even contested. What drove his percentage down was shooting off the dribble which he was bad at
I think Ingram will be a good fit on the current roster, but I think his fit for the following year could be absolutely outstanding. Ingram's probing and passing ability in the halfcourt should mesh perfectly with athetic wing slashers like Ian Jackson and Drake Powell (Trimble as well, assuming he's still around and playing a more prominent role).
What to do with the remaining two scholarships. A good big to play with and back up Armando and/or if Cadeau re-classifies.
I'm happy but do we still need a stretch 4? Idk about jaelyn withers starting at the 4? only avg 9 ppg last season. As of right now if we don't maybe he can start and bump those numbers up a bit at unc,right now starting 5 is 1 Rj, 2 Ryan, 3 Ingram, 4 Jaelyn, 5 Bacot
