North Carolina At Chapel Hill

ESPN’s Joe Lunardi put out new bracketology last week and has North Carolina as a four seed. Similarly, Dick Vitale just put out his preseason top 25 and has the Tar Heels 15th (which also equates to a four seed). The question becomes – Can North Carolina go from missing the NCAA Tournament to a top four seed for just the second time in program history? Carolina is currently in the midst of the longest stretch in program history of being an eight seed or worse (including missing the tournament). Will RJ Davis, Armando Bacot and company get things back on track this season?

We learned over the weekend that North Carolina is one of the four schools that have said “no” to adding Stanford and Cal to the conference, along with NC State, FSU, and Clemson. Will anything happen before Tuesday’s deadline?
