North Carolina basketball’s Blue-White scrimmage set for September 9 has been canceled due to updated NIL guidance this summer from the NCAA. Instead of getting to cheer for Armando Bacot, RJ Davis, Jalen Washington, Seth Trimble and the host of incoming transfers and freshmen, you’ll now not have the opportunity to do so. Instead of going to get the Tar Heels’ autographs prior to the event, you’ll just have to leave that piece of paper blank. The NCAA got this one wrong and should be allowing the event to happen.
Similarly, it’s now GAME WEEK(!) for UNC Football and there’s still no word on Tez Walker and his availability. This put the team in a weird bind. How should they handle it?

I still don't understand their specific reason for shutting it down.
I have to say it, i know its off topic but the cancelation of game made me think about this.. This is only the beginning of this cancel crap. The leftist elites already ramping up another covid out break to try and force a vaccine on people who may not want it. We all know now most of this is BS fear control tactics by the government by now so hopefully yall won't comply and maybe I'm wrong and they won't do this crap again and they will.let sports play normal and let people make their own decisions with this stuff in a supposedly free country, but just a heads up.
