North Carolina At Chapel Hill

The No. 16 Tar Heels ran all over the Runnin’ Bulldogs in a 102-49 victory to open the season at Carmichael. Six players scored in double figures for the Heels, led by Indya Nivar’s 17 points. The newcomer from Stanford ended the first quarter in style with a buzzer-beater from past the halfcourt line. The UNC defense was incredible, holding the Bulldogs to 30% shooting and forcing 30 turnovers that led to 44 points.
