North Carolina’s 2022-23 season really started to take a dive from expectations during PK85, last year’s MTE. That’s precisely the portion of the schedule where the 2023-24 Tar Heels are at as Armando Bacot, RJ Davis, and company try to prove themselves. Battle4Atlantis is an opportunity to do precisely that: prove that they are ready for more than last year.
Beyond B4A, the Tar Heels’ non-conference schedule only gets crazier. Carolina will host Tennessee, play UConn on a neutral, as well as Kentucky in Atlanta. It’s an opportunity for UNC to show their mettle. Will they do so? Is the team truly different than last season?

The acc might be better than we thought too. Even in losses Louisville and Syracuse look like tough outs. They're both playing tough schedules and will be battle tested come conference
We've seen a lot of good and also things to improve on. This team still needs to gel and grow to be even better, but these next 3 games will be a good look at what to expect from the Tar Heels this season. Hopefully we can shoot from 3 extremely well and walk home from the Bahamas with 3 wins under our belt! Go Heels!
