North Carolina played Arkansas on Friday, its first ranked opponent of the season. Following the release of Monday’s AP Poll, four of the Tar Heels’ next five games will also be against ranked opponents (assuming they all stay ranked by the time Carolina plays them) – Tennessee, UConn, Kentucky, and Oklahoma. The lone non-ranked team is the only conference opponent in the stretch – Florida State. The way in which Armando Bacot, RJ Davis, Harrison Ingram, and the rest of the Tar Heels navigate this stretch will go a long way toward determining the shape of their resume.

This is a Carolina team that can handle a brutal schedule without any hiccups. They're stacked at every position, they can kill an opponent by outscoring them in a footrace or by shutting off every scoring option through their tremendous hustle and defense. So, I don't see this team fearing any opponent. Look at the intensity that they are bringing to every game. You can tell they have goals to reach, standards to uphold, expectations for success, and the will and the desire to be exceptional. I fully expect them to reach all their aspirations this year, so get ready Issac. Big time celebrations are in your near future!

I don't know if North Carolina is tough enough Villanova had player's that just backed Carolina up and we couldn't do anything about it and Armando is the tallest and he got backed up also this team will probably have to be more aggressive our guards are pretty small play defense without fouling out will be the problem.
realistically, I think anyone on here should be happy with three and one out of those. four games for no is a little egregious. not that it's not feasible, but let's be honest most likely not going to happen and two and two really wouldn't be that bad that being said, need to at least win two of the four to keep momentum going into the conference stretch in no way would losing two of those games hurt us moving forward
For these games, we need to hit 3s, we need Bacot to truly show up, and we need to make defensive adjustments throughout the game. Consistency PLEASE.

I'd like to see Carolina use traps tomorrow night vs Tennessee. I believe we could create more turnovers and get them out of rhythm.
When they get more comfortable with each other on the floor, the assist should go up, but we also have more guys that can get to basket off the dribble this year.
This team has potential, good peices and they play hard
The physicality of the Nova game should help us against Tennessee.
