UNC basketball didn’t get enough depth scoring outside of Armando Bacot, Harrison Ingram, and RJ Davis in a 87-76 loss to UCONN basketball at Madison Square Garden in the Jimmy V Classic. Tim Donnelly said that North Carolina needs to develop more depth, and that Hubert Davis doesn’t fully trust his whole roster as of yet.

And another thing, one of these coaches needs to teach Bacot about head fakes and up fakes when you play bigger guys.
They have depth but Davis won't play them cause he needs to play Zayden High and Jalen Washington more than he does.
I agree with Tim's analysis. This team needs to grow and I believe they will.
You realize Clingan missed a month with a foot injury that has not yet healed.
UNC has small guards and this is a defensive liability. I totally respect UNC. But be objective, they have talented players. UNC’s shortcomings is defense.
UNC is too small 1-5 and create no turnovers. They played well but were outmatched. UCONN has just better players and are well coached.
Watching your podcast. Here is the truth. UCONN has 4 players that are not 100%. Castle, Clingan, Karaban and Spencer will elevate UCONN assuming they can get healthy. And you need to do your homework. UCONN has been consistently making difficult perimeter shots all season. Go look at the games they have played.
Why are all these teams able to have their best 3 point shooting night against the Heels. Many against good defense as the shot clock is running out.
After a lost y’all calling him soft smh. Bacot out scored and out rebound both of UConn big men combine . The only person that was helping him on the boards is Ingram.
UNC just needs an elite big man, Bacot is not it & he’s too soft.
